We’re hunting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team. And we’re ready to reward the right person for the job, big time. With a hefty pay package, excellent working conditions, flexible working hours, advanced tech, a pet/family-friendly environment…
…Wait, we’re getting ahead of ourselves. Before jumping into the role (and why we think it’s the best), we should probably fill you in a little bit on our business.
How it started
No one knows how to put someone in a brand-new home better than Mark Di Masi. He’s been doing it for years (30, in fact), having founded and run WA’s second largest building company, Ventura Homes group.
And no one has more business sense than Mark Reid. After decades of global leadership experience, including a long stint as CEO of Bankwest (oh, and running a Fortune 500 company...NBD), there’s a flow to his work that always puts his team in front.
So what happens when a WA building pioneer with 17,000+ homes under his belt and a digital finance pro cross paths? A building company that’s thrown away the old blueprint for a remarkable new one.
How it’s going
It's a vibe; thanks for asking! Without the heavy layers of big builder bureaucracy, La Vida Homes isn't just championing real change; it's acting on it. Offering fixed pricing, transparent processes, unique experiences, and faster build times. And that's just the beginning.
Record growth year-on-year and glowing 5-star reviews, as far as the eye can see, it would be a crime to keep this better way of building to ourselves. So, we’ve secured a large and growing pipeline of work in SA, assembled a talented team of Adelaide locals, and set up a cracker of an office in Kent Town. Which is where you (and this role) come in.
It’s great to e-meet you!
A bit about you
As an experienced Site Supervisor, you’ve cut your teeth learning everything there is to know about constructing quality homes. TBH, you could do the work in your sleep (but won’t).
You’re looking for a change of pace (otherwise, you wouldn’t be here, right?). A chance to jump headfirst into a new and exciting challenge and get the support and kudos you deserve. Because it has to be rewarding!
