Join us at Boral Australia and play a key role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction and success as the Site Customer Service Supervisor based in Port Melbourne. This opportunity will see you travel to customers undertaking multi-faceted and complex projects to oversee and enhance their experience. You will endeavor to understand the customer's needs, address concerns, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
Your day will involve:
Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers by regularly visiting their sites.
Utilize your concrete-related knowledge to assist customers with technical issues, troubleshooting, and product inquiries.
Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional service at all times.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and exceed their expectations.
Act as a point of contact for customers' concerns and inquiries.
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to address customer needs and drive continuous improvement in our products and services.
Maintain open and clear communication channels with customers and internal stakeholders. Provide regular updates on site visits, customer feedback, and any relevant issues or developments.
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the building materials industry or similar.
Strong knowledge of concrete-related products and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
An understanding of safety regulations and how they apply to construction sites.
Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer issues.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
