About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. The position will see you based in Brisbane. Whilst the majority of projects will be located within Southeast Queensland, travel to other areas will be required during major weather events.
You will demonstrate a high level of industry knowledge and be able to run multiple workers and jobs daily giving clear direction in line with the scope of works provided, whist ensuring job completion targets are met within given timeframes.
You will possess the ability to be flexible in your work and thrive in a challenging environment. Solid problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail, together with your exceptional organisational and presentational skills, will secure you this role.
A positive attitude and the ability to work as a team member is a must.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee the daily performance of workers across various work sites.
- Run multiple workers and jobs daily.
- Ensure job completion targets are met within the given timeframes.
- Mentor and provide technical support to workers.
- Communicate with builders, clients, workers and staff both written and verbal.
- Pre-assess jobs and re-scope works when required.
- Induct new workers into the team.
- Build strong working relationships with builders, workers and staff.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor. (or equivalent).
- Relevant Trade qualification/background in painting.
- Intermediate Microsoft skills and be computer literate to use various software.
- Strong customer service & communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, reliable, honest and friendly.
- Organised, punctual with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation, energy, initiative, and commitment, with the capacity to deal with multiple and often conflicting priorities.
- Ability to deal with challenging and sometimes confrontational situations.
