About the role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to play a pivotal role in our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating on-site activities, ensuring the successful execution of projects. You will have support from the broader Geovert leadership in Gladstone.
About you
You will be a proven Site Supervisor from the asset maintenance and ideally rope access industry, who brings a robust a collaborative management approach. We offer a technically challenging and varied leadership role and a flexible and autonomous environment where your ideas are valued.

• Proven Site Leadership experience driving project and operational outcomes
• Asset maintenance, Rope access or Heavy industry experience
• Effective team management skills
• QAL experience – highly desirable
