Your new role
Our client is actively seeking a suitable candidate for a dual role - Site Supervisor/ Estimator specialising in the Insurance Building Sector. Collaborating directly with our seasoned Project Managers, this role offers a unique chance to learn and develop.
What you'll need to succeed
- Site inspections and field investigations involving all types of building and structures.
- Attend sites & estimate for building re-instatement works.
- Interpret scope of works.
- Write scope of works documents.
- Assist in determining the cause, origin, and extent of building/structure damage, distress, failures, water intrusions, construction defects and building system failures.
- Assist in the preparation of written reports, including scopes of work for repair and quotes/costings.
- Liaise and communicate with clients, building trades, consultants, and industry professionals.
- Managing a portfolio of residential, commercial, insurance projects to meet safety, cost, time and quality objectives.
- Engage and manage subcontractors, ensuring projects run to schedules and the prompt delivery of completed projects
