AddressRedink Southwest & SW1 Homes, Proudly part of Scott Park Group and Backed by one of the largest Building Groups in the world is looking to hire a motivated Site Supervisor to lead & mentor our Sub Contractors on site - Two positions are available, one looking after Bunbury/Eaton/Australind northern region, and another looking after Busselton, Dunsborough and Margaret River/Cowaramup
Working within a team of passionate and easy to get along with supervisors (And with more growth on the horizon), you will be working on building Single Storey Homes to a high standard of Quality, Efficiency and Cost Effectiveness.
We are looking to bring somebody on board who has a deep knowledge of Residential Construction, experience in a prior trade within a Supervisory Capacity, and ideally with a loyal Trade Base is required.
The Role
Reporting to the Regional Construction Manager and working closely with our Client Liaison officers and Scheduling team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure daily production is occurring onsite with quality assurance being met at each stage of the build, with close management of cost efficiency.
To be the successful candidate for this position you must possess:
- Experience in delivering quality homes within the South-West region
- Minimum 2+ years residential site management experience
- Registered builder or trade-qualified highly regarded (but not essential)
- Ability to forward-plan and drive the construction program with the required level of intensity
- Effective communication skills when dealing with all stakeholders
- Excellent understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications and addenda's
- Someone who takes accountability for their work and contributes to our established team, as we work together to achieve common goals
- Clickhome Experience is highly regarded
- Be self-motivated and organised
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
