Job summary

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and dynamic full-time Hotel manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, direct, and manage all hotel operations activities including reservation, reception, room service, and housekeeping activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the Hotel;
• Monitor team member performance through mentoring, coaching, and professional development;
• Supervising security arrangements, and garden and property maintenance;
• Update Promotions& Specials including price management;
• Manage Social Media accounts including content posting and marketing;
• In charge of ordering and maintaining supplier relationships;
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and NSW Liqour& Gaming regulations.

Experiences and qualifications:

• At least 3 years of Management experience in the Hotel/Hospitability industry

• Flexible hours available
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Working rights required for this role
• Expected salary: $73,150 per year
