We are currently looking for an enthusiastic full time Site Supervisor to head our service provisions within the Petrie area for a key client.
In this role you will be responsible for a range of tasks including:
- Overseeing all operations and service on the site
- Assisting in the development, promotion and implementation of occupational health and safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Managing the daily staff rosters, identifying training needs for operational staff
- Co-ordination of purchasing and production of services to meet quality, cost, and service commitments to the client
- Communicating company objectives and procedures to employee’s
- Recruitment of staff
- Processing of stock ordering and expense claims by staff
- Managing client expectations and delivery standards within the financial budget established for the contract
- Reporting against monthly budgets and KPI’s
- Liaising with the client on a regular basis and responding to their needs in a timely manner
- Managing and sending through fortnightly timesheets on schedule
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Experience in the cleaning industry or a similar field
- A strong customer service focus
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to lead and manage a team of varying skill levels
- The ability to be flexible in your working hours
In addition, the successful applicant will also need to have an unrestricted driver’s license and be willing to provide a current police check. You will also need unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
