Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinating repairs with the Insured/owners, trades and suppliers.
• Controlling job costs and time frames.
• Undertaking regular Quality Assurance checks.
• Workplace health and safety management assurance.
• Arranging Make Safes and Temporary repairs where required.
• Update and communicate regularly with Insurers, Loss Adjuster's and Owners
• Experience in supervising insurance/ remedial/ renovations/ fit-out construction across domestic construction sector.
• Experience directing construction related trades and suppliers.
• Experience in building minor repair scopes of work on houses (as required occasionally when variations arise)
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Carpentry / Building Licence or Accreditation
• QBCC Supervisors Licence (preferable)

Qualifications

• Hold a current drivers licence(car) with no restrictions.
• To have reasonable Computer skills.
• Blue Card, or willing to obtain one.
• Present a clean and tidy appearance.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent People and Communication skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Experience in managing building/carpentry projects.
• A current Supervisors licence, or equivalent.
