We are seeking experienced First Responders to work alongside our dedicated Ski Patrollers to provide first aid, comfort and care, and if necessary, safely retrieve, and evacuate our guests or employees should they become injured whilst vising the resort.
Ideally, we are looking for people who have experience in one of the following fields, SES, paramedicine, nursing, firefighting etc or alternatively if you hold a current ASPA or Wilderness First Aid certificate we would love to hear from you.
Nestled only 2.5 hours from the heart of Melbourne, Mt Baw Baw is Melbourne’s closest downhill ski, snowboard, toboggan and snow play resort....'make tracks' this winter for a unique employment opportunity.
What amazing skills and experience will score you this role?
- Demonstrated field experience as a First Responder
- Current Australian Ski Patroller Certificate (ASPA) or Wilderness First Aid Certificate (desirable)
- HLTAID011 Provide first aid
- HLTAID009 Provide CPR
- Victorian Working with Children Check (Employee)
- Australian Driver licence (manual preferred)
- Previous alpine experience is desirable
- A LOVE of the outdoors, including the rain, hail, shine and of course…Snow!
- Available to work Monday - Friday.
