A quality family operation, cropping approximately 5,000 hectares utilising no-till farming practices, seeks an experienced Farm Hand eager to progress their career. Initially commencing as a Farm Hand, there is the opportunity for the right candidate to be mentored into an Assistant Manager role.
Working directly with the owner, you will be involved in all aspects of the Wheat, Barley, Lupins, Lentils, and hay cropping cycles with casuals engaged during the peak seasons of sowing and harvest. You will also be involved in the maintenance and repair of the quality machinery fleet.
Ideally, you will have a chemical certificate and an HC licence; however, your potential employers are happy to train and assist with these once you are established in the role. They are looking for candidates with a passion for agriculture and want to make a career in broadacre cropping.

The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking candidates with a passion for cropping who are looking for a family enterprise that they can grow and develop with the business along with the following:
- Cropping cycle knowledge and experience.
- Ability to operate a range of farming machinery.
- Mechanical aptitude and fabrication skills.
- HC licence (advantageous but not essential).
- Chemical certificate or willingness to obtain.
- Willingness to learn.
