As a Piggery Farm Hand, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring feed availability and adjusting feeders as necessary.
- Monitoring individual pig health and barn/pen environments.
- Record keeping including elite herd management and worksheets.
- Assisting with weighing and grading pigs.
- Assisting with breeding stock selection.
- Monitoring manure pit status and ensuring timely removal of effluent.
- Checking and repairing facilities and equipment.
- Assisting with preventative maintenance programs.
- Assisting with daily tasks in farrowing and lactation sections.
- Other duties as requested by the Site Supervisor.

Your Skills & Experience:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
