• Permanent, full-time position
• Monday to Friday role
• Competitive salary (negotiable pending experience) + 11% super
• Located on the coast of South Australia

• Starting June 2024

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively manage staff, optimise resources, and ensure the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction.
• Work across various programs to ensure that there is a high level of community engagement and promotion of the services provided under various programs operated by the organisation.

Qualifications & Certifications Required

• Bachelor Degree in Health Administration, Business Management, or a related field
• Health related qualification highly desired but not essential
• Current Driver's License (Class C)
• Valid DHS WWCC, DHS Aged Care Screening and National Police Check
• Current immunisation status, including COVD-19 vaccinations

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience as a Programs Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple programs simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing tasks and priorities..
