KPMG’s digital marketing team combines extensive digital marketing knowledge with technical expertise to build and deliver innovative digital experiences for our clients. Working in collaboration with our strategic marketing, Creative UI & UX and campaign production specialist colleagues we deliver data driven web, social and automated integrated digital campaigns.
Your Opportunity
As an experienced Social Media lead you will be responsible for the development and execution of the Social Media strategy and execution for the Australian firm. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Australian Social Media efforts and evolve the way KPMG goes to market through our Social Media channels ensuring connectivity back to the kpmg.com/au websites and driving delivery of high-quality leads into our CRM platform. Drawing upon experience across paid, owned and earned Social Media, the Social Media Lead will play a key role in developing and executing the Social Media strategy for the Australian firm putting us at the forefront of driving awareness, consideration and leads for KPMG.
In addition, the Social Media lead will identify development and training opportunities for staff and colleagues on external social channels as well as the firm's internal Social Media advocacy platform you will:
- Develop and execute the AU firm’s Social Media strategy
- Manage the firms Social Media channels from an organic and paid perspective
- Ongoing optimisation of organic and paid social activity working with the firms media agency
- Develop and deliver robust training materials and programs to educate the firm on the importance of Social Media and Social Media advocacy
- Help shape the firms lead generation strategy with a social first lens
- Manage the firms Social Media advocacy platform including the onboarding of new users and developing a strategy for a broader rollout to the firm. This could include reviewing and recommending a new platform
- Report on Social Media campaign success

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience should include:
- Degree qualified in digital marketing, computer science, marketing communications or similar
- Excellent understanding of Social Media fundamentals and experience using organic social channels including LinkedIn, X,
- 3+ years proven experience in a similar Social Media role
- Demonstrable experience in collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders and working with them to deliver innovative and extraordinary client-first Social Media experiences
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
