Your New Role
Step into the exciting world of frank green as our Social Media Manager! You'll be the mastermind behind our vibrant Social Media presence, working closely with the Creative Director to craft cutting-edge content and execute a community engagement strategy.
Your creativity will shine as you develop captivating content that connects with our loyal and ever-growing community across multiple platforms. This is your chance to make a real impact and drive our brand's digital narrative.
Your Day to Day
- Strategy Development: Create, execute, and optimise Social Media and engagement strategies.
- Content Creation: Plan and produce content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
- Trend Analysis: Research current trends and audience preferences.
- Campaign Management: Lead Social Media campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and customer service teams for brand consistency.
- Community Engagement: Engage with our community, providing customer service and fostering positive interactions.
- Performance Reporting: Analyse and report on Social Media KPIs weekly and monthly.
What You Need
- Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of all Social Media platforms.
- Creative Skills: Ability to create engaging, on-brand content.
- Copywriting Ability: Strong writing skills and experience with visual content tools.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in Social Media analytics and reporting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Project Management: Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Collaborative Spirit: Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Proven Experience: 4+ years in Social Media content and community management.
- Relevant Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Social Media management tools, SEO, and paid advertising.
