Key Requirements from the Individual:
- Collaborate closely with 1 or 2 team members in a dedicated pod, emphasizing brand content, Social Media management, and strategy.
- Brand Ambassador and Influencer marketing and management.
- Website and ad copywriting.
- Knowledge of Shopify store and apps.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative campaigns to amplify our brand and expand our audience.
- Social Media Mastery: Drive content creation, manage social calendars, and engage with the community across platforms.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and skills through educational opportunities.
- Trendsetting: Proactively identify and capitalize on emerging marketing opportunities.
- Customer Persona Development: Tailor marketing messages to resonate with our diverse client base.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure uniformity of values, aesthetics, and language across all platforms.
- Graphic Design: Ability to create captivating promotional materials for digital and print media, including EDMs to convert potential customers.
About you

Your Experience
- 2+ years of experience on Social Media management & Strategy
- Experience in Content creation strategy and management
- Technical skills are sharp - You know your stuff inside and out when it comes to Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.
Location & Working Hours:
- Our Office is located in Coopers Plains, QLD
- The roles are a Full-time in-house position with 5 days work per week.
