Role
They are looking for a Communications Manager focusing on New Business and Bids and Marketing Coordination. You'll identify and develop New Business opportunities, manage client relationships, and contribute to brand awareness. Working closely with the bid team, you'll prepare proposals, manage bid processes, and ensure compliance. Additionally, you'll coordinate marketing campaigns and maintain digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Bid Management
- Formulate bid strategies based on project requirements.
- Write customer-focused proposals and assist with documentation.
- Coordinate bid meetings and submission deadlines.
- Encourage participation from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Lead bid processes and ensure deliverables are met.
- Liaise with senior management for tender negotiations.
- Maintain contact with external creative services.
- Develop and maintain a Bid Toolkit.
- Review bid materials for accuracy and style guide adherence.
- Establish standard processes for consistent workflows.
- Identify and pursue New Business opportunities.
- Contribute to brand awareness through content creation and interactions.
- Register opportunities and outcomes in the CRM.
- Conduct market research and analyze campaigns.
- Execute marketing initiatives and manage digital platforms.
- Assist in budget management and asset reviews.
- Develop and update marketing plans and materials.
