After 6 years in the industry, we are looking for one person who wants the unique opportunity to take our brand to the next level! We are coming in new to the market, and am needing a leader in this space.

THE POSITION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:
SOCIAL MEDIAContent Strategy + Scheduling: Predominantly on Facebook and Instagram with an objective of building on other platforms such as Pinterest, LinkedIn and Tik TokContent Creation: create engaging and creative Social Media content. There are so many opportunities in our day to day business for content and we need someone to be able to jump on to these as they ariseSocial Media Management: Monitor all social platforms, including comments, likes and direct messages. Be able to manage / address any negative comments or issues promptly and professionally.Influencer and Brand Ambassador Management: manage and support influencer outreach, explore new partnership opportunities and foster existing onesAudience Growth: Implement strategies to increase the brand's follower count and engagement rate on all social channelsPaid Campaigns: Manage paid campaigns across various channels and report on results regularly
GENERAL MARKETINGCollateral: Create brochures, flyers and any other promotional material required by the business development teamPhotography & Video: Work with suppliers to capture the amazing homes we styleTestimonial Creation: Build a database of client testimonials and present in an engaging way via Social Media channelsReporting: Assesses data and analytics to present to director at the end of the month to show impacts their role has on socials. Communicate results effectively
EMAIL MARKETINGDevelop and Manage Email Marketing Strategy: work with the business development team to produce email blasts and weekly content for different audience segmentsCRM Management & Growth: manage current subscriber lists across various segments and grow subscribers
The successful applicant needs to have the following experience:
High level of experience within the digital marketing and Social Media space. Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing across a range of disciplines
Understands the marketing mix and how to develop and implement a marketing strategy
Proficient across Facebook Ads, Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics
Proficient across Canva, Photoshop, Adobe, Microsoft Office etc.
Basic graphic design skills
Proven track record of using marketing budgets, and producing lead based results that convert to sales
Data based mindset with the ability to analyse metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Strong attention to detail
Up to date knowledge on digital marketing trends and best practice , or a source they are able to tap into to get this kind of information
Self-motivated and able to multitask
Able to work with a team or independently.
Reliable, dedicated with strong time management skills to the role
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Skillfully organised
Available Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
