The Role:
Kustom Marketing is on the hunt for an enthusiastic and motivated Social Media Specialist. This full-time role will be based on-site in Mornington.
We are on the hunt for a passionate, creative, and social-savvy individual who is ready for the next challenge in their career. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing content that will take our clients, and our Social Media presence to the next level.
This is a multi-faceted role that will let you learn and further build your skills, whilst working within an environment built for success.
This role will let you showcase your creative abilities, whilst having a strategic and analytic approach to Social Media & Marketing.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Community Engagement – Foster and maintain an active community of followers.
- Content Creation – create engaging and exciting content that will help take the Social Media presence to a new level.
- Content Strategy and Scheduling - develop and create a content strategy that aligns with the brands tone, voice, and objective.
- Understanding Clients – Understanding different businesses, and creating and managing content accordingly.
- Audience Growth – Implement strategies to increase follower count and engagement rate on Social Media.
- Data Analysis – Monitor analytics to see what trends work and what trends don’t.
- Compliance and Guidelines – ensure that all content adheres to the appropriate guidelines of the brand and the Social Media accounts.
- Conducting photo shoots that align with brand standards.
- Coordination of production needed for photoshoots, and content creation.
- Photography and Videography
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Creative eye and attention to detail
- Ability to write engaging content relevant to our audience and in line with our brand.
- Experience with using scheduling tools.
- Strong organisational skills, maintain high standard levels and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of Facebook Business Manager and content performance reporting.
- Previous experience with photography and videography
