About The Role
The Social Worker of the Clayton Adult Mental Health Service will work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide treatment and support to adult clients experiencing mental health issues. You will work to address the biopsychosocial needs of individuals on a client centred, recovery based model. Our aim is to delivery high quality care that promotes individual client's self-efficacy, independence and community integration.
You will enjoy the challenges of working with the complexities of mental health to improve individual quality of life and to make a positive difference every day. You will work closely with a range of mental health services to effectively co-ordinate client care, including inpatient units, CATT, CCU, PARCS, Mental Health Support, NDIA and Drug and Alcohol services.
What You Need to Know
The position involves Monday - Friday hours and is located in our new Atherton Rd Hub and Clayton Parcs facility. It is an autonomous role with the balance of working in a team environment. Access to high quality clinical supervision is offered.
