About this role

Provision of clinical social work services to adult consumers of the Community Mental Health Service.  Provides consultation to other staff, consumers, families/carers and other services. Functions as a case manager in a multidisciplinary team.  Responsible for the clinical management of consumers and families/carers in nominated areas.

This role reports to the Senior Social Worker.
