This isn’t just a ticket response set up though. You’ll get to deploy new technologies into the existing systems and make things better.
 
Considering the environment, you’ve likely got an analytical mind and enjoy breaking down problems and building solutions.
 
By the end of H1, you’ll have been shown most of the ropes and be running.
 
After your first year, you’ll be sprinting, delivering new initiatives end to end.
 
You don’t need financial trading expertise to get the job (although it might help).
 
You’re most welcome to apply if you have come from other fields.
 
Mandatory req’s:
 

• Python (Flask, FASTAPI)
• Kafka
• Docker, Linux

 
A profit share structure enables you to earn up to 30% on top of your base.
 
You’ll get to work with very clever people and develop many new skills.
