Summary of the role
This role will join our Systems Engineering team, working on Continuous Improvement Projects to design, develop and improve software and systems across the company. This role will involve developing project management plans, leading and executing their implementation with the team and reporting on performance.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Identify and analyze requirements and specifications,
- design and develop software solutions, systems and process improvements
- integrating digital tools, including project planning, testing, data analysis and reporting
- developing documentation on any changes, including training materials
- coordinating and conducting training sessions.
The Person
This role requires a person with proven ability to be a creative and innovative thinker, developing concepts and ideas that will improve business performance.
The successful applicant will preferably have:
- Bachelor degree in Systems Engineering / Computer Science or similar software discipline preferred
- Proficient in Programming, including C# and Java
- Proficient in SQL
- Knowledge and willingness to perform in a Scrum-based environment
- Strong ability to identify and solve complex problems
