Pawnit Systems is a rapidly growing SaaS company servicing clients in Australia and New Zealand. Pawnit System has been in business since 2010. Our system touches every point of the Pawnbroking Industry from the in-store POS software desktop application with a web-based management portal to online payment portals. Why? Because we want to help pawnshops to keep moving forward and thrive with new technology. Pawnit Systems currently powers the majority of privately owned Pawnbrokers and Secondhand Dealers across Australia and New Zealand.
Qualifications & experience
- Experience with customer service (help desk is a bonus)
- Experience with cloud POS Software and Hardware
- Experience in the Pawnbroking industry is highly desirable.
- Have experience with Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Be a self-starter, responsible and reliable and ability to work independently.
- Entry-level programming and development in C#, HTML, CSS, JS, PHP & MSSQL are an advantage.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage software-related support tickets in an online support system. Troubleshoot & solve problems by phone | chat| email and remote.
- Undertake activities to problem-solve and understand customer system-related questions.
- Provide clear responses and expert advice to support requests whilst maintaining high standards of support.
- Investigate and undertake testing where required, and/or liaise internally with product specialists to find solutions for our customers.
- Follow issues through to resolution and go over and above when providing guidance and solutions to our customers.
- Facilitate product training (online via Microsoft Teams or occasionally face-to-face).
- Help improve knowledgebase articles and help write knowledgebase articles for new modules/features.
- Record short Loom/YouTube videos to support knowledgebase or to help customers with specific business requirements.
- Onboarding of new customers.
- Be responsible for ad-hoc projects/tasks
