The purpose of the IT Service Support role is to provide Support and Training to users of the Portal software developed in-house by Lauxes Grates through Lauxes Grates Corporate. The role acts as a focal point for all incoming inquiries and requests regarding the Portal and reports directly to the IT Division Leader.
About you
2+ years of experience in software support and/or web-based content creation
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Enthusiastic People Person with a solution mindset
Hungry to learn new skills and take on challenges

Highly organised and self-motivated
About the Role
Provide software support to users in-person, via phone, email, and zoom
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the software
Conceptualize and create help and training materials
