Sol Cleanse is looking to welcome the newest member of our beautiful team to join us in our Gold Coast kitchen in Currumbin. We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Supervisor - someone with experience in a fast paced hospitality environment. Ideally we are looking for someone with a passion for health and wellness who is ready to step up in their career to work in an essential role in a growing company. This role is highly physical so we need someone who is excited by the thought of being active and loves getting stuck in.
This is a key role in the kitchen: the supporter of our Kitchen Manager and the eyes and ears working in the kitchen. This person must be comfortable being the leader of a team and will be responsible for delegating tasks to casual/part time staff to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen. You will be heavily involved in day to day production so will be enthusiastic about taking on a hands on physical role.
Responsibilities/tasks include:
* Kitchen production - juicing, bottling, packing, cleaning
* Proficient use of google drive, good sheets, excel, word
* Assisting the Kitchen Manager ongoing and during times of their leave with
generating delivery schedules for in house drivers, training staff and managing staff performance and productivity, managing and ordering stock and produce, following cleaning, maintenance and training schedules, ensuring production times are kept within appropriate limits, maintaining comany culture and staff wellbeing, contributing to and following staff policies and procedures including operations, food safety, OH&S, ensure staff and following policies, contribute to continuos improvement and development of Sol Cleanse.
