One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced Solution Architectto work on a number of initiatives including uplifting customer experience and enabling improved efficiency of workforce enhancements. You will also enhance business agility by transitioning to hyper-scale cloud providers. The role can based from Canberra, Sydney and Melbourneas well as remote work as flexible working arrangements are available. The successful Solution Architectwill be offered a 12 month contractwith 2 X 12 monthsextension options.
The successfulSolution Architectwill be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Communicating solution designs to team members including Business Analysts and developers to enable solution delivery
- Contributing to adopting DevOps, Infrastructure as code and cloud native tools
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and architectural principals are met
- Delivering detailed designs and associated artefacts to ensure implementation through to production deployment
The successful Solution Architectwill have experience in the following:
- Demonstrated experience in developing solutions using cloud services across the AWS stack
- Experience in producing solution designs covering application, information integration and security perspectives
- Understanding of core technologies including Java, SAP, M365 and SharePoint Online
- AWS cloud certification or equivalent (desirable)
