In this role you will:
- Elevate our customer experience through engaging workshops, shaping their requirements, and designing top-tier solutions.
- Utilize your deep knowledge of Azure Public Cloud and related technologies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Leverage ITIL practices and principles to provide advanced support for critical systems.
- Lead delivery activities with precision, ensuring risk mitigation and consistently achieving on-time, on-budget client deliverables.
- Develop high-level relationships with clients and partners, positioning Data#3 strategically in the marketplace.
- Be a representative of Data#3, providing excellent customer service and taking on additional duties as needed to achieve Business Unit objectives.
About You
- Minimum 5 years as a senior technical consultant, designer or architect with 3 years in a System Integrator.
- Proven "client-facing" abilities, including requirements determination, negotiation, and presentation.
- Proficiency in writing and reviewing sales and technical design documentation.
- Familiarity with marketing concepts and IT market sales support.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
