Our client an agency of the Australian Government is responsible for national security, law enforcement, emergency management, border control, immigration, refugees, citizenship, transport security and multicultural affairs.
About the Role
The Branch provides advisory support to the Service Design & Delivery Programs (SDDP) Division. Functions include:
- Leading Strategic and High-Value High-Risk procurements and projects (end to end)
- Engaging with stakeholders (market, staff and interagency) in relation to select acquisition and contract matters.
- Managing probity administration and procurement secretariat functions for select Group procurements.
Your responsibilities as the Organisational Change manager:
- Applying a structured methodology and lead change management activities;
- Assessing the change impacts to various stakeholder audience groups.
- Completing Change Impact Assessments.
- Creating Change Management Strategy - based on the nature of the change and the groups being impacted.
You'll be responsible for producing the following deliverables
- High-level Change Impact Assessments;
- Detailed Change Impact Assessment;
- Communications artefacts;
- Training artefacts;
- Stakeholder engagement plans.
What's on offer
The successful candidate will notionally be offered a 12month hourly rate contract at the EL1 level. This position is based in Canberra.
As this role is with the Federal Government, only Australian citizens that hold an active baseline clearance will be considered for this vacancy.
