We are a dynamic and rapidly growing technology company that provides cutting-edge cloud- based solutions to clients across various industries. As we expand our operations, we are

seeking a talented Solutions Consultant to join our team. Role summary: In this role you will be supporting the extensive range of Convai

partners along with assisting the Probe business development team in finding and winning new business and retention of existing business. Responsibilities:

• Delivering account and technical support to Partners to help drive their pipeline and

sales effort

• Pre-sales engagements, proposal preparation and tender responses.
• Provide Costing, pricing development and support for proposal preparation for non-

standard opportunities

• Discovery consulting, information gathering, solution reviews
• Provide roadmap and technical product insights to partners and probe account

management function

• Perform product demonstrations
• Maintain a working knowledge of the Outsource Contact Centre offering of Probe to

enable cross sales opportunities

• Preparation of reports

Skills and experience:

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent grasp of business case analysis
• Strong consulting skills
• Self motivated
• Minimum five years industry experience (e.g. telecommunications, contact centre

technology and practices, natural language technology, project delivery, consulting/pre sales, digital technologies)

• University graduate strongly preferred
