We are a dynamic and rapidly growing technology company that provides cutting-edge cloud- based solutions to clients across various industries. As we expand our operations, we are
seeking a talented Solutions Consultant to join our team. Role summary: In this role you will be supporting the extensive range of Convai
implementation/resell
partners along with assisting the Probe business development team in finding and winning new business and retention of existing business. Responsibilities:
- Delivering account and technical support to Partners to help drive their pipeline and
sales effort
- Pre-sales engagements, proposal preparation and tender responses.
- Provide Costing, pricing development and support for proposal preparation for non-
standard opportunities
- Discovery consulting, information gathering, solution reviews
- Provide roadmap and technical product insights to partners and probe account
management function
- Perform product demonstrations
- Maintain a working knowledge of the Outsource Contact Centre offering of Probe to
enable cross sales opportunities
- Preparation of reports
Skills and experience:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent grasp of business case analysis
- Strong consulting skills
- Self motivated
- Minimum five years industry experience (e.g. telecommunications, contact centre
technology and practices, natural language technology, project delivery, consulting/pre sales, digital technologies)
- University graduate strongly preferred
