About the opportunity
As a Media Solutions Manager you will be developing innovative solutions and initiatives that unlock revenue opportunitiesand meet key supplier objectives.
Your core responsibilities:
You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholdersto drive sales growth and create mutually beneficial outcomes.
You and your fellow Solution Managers will work with stakeholders to understand their needs.
You will meet those needs through innovation that translates into media packages, education/training or new products.
You will be responsible for end-to-end project management of new initiatives.
You will be specifically responsible for eCommerce and offsite solution development.
You will be the SME on eCommerce and responsible for driving significant revenue growth in this channel.
About You

Then to be successful in this role:
You have experience driving and securing online revenuein excess of $20m. This could be for a pureplay D2C online platform or significant omni player.
You have 5+ years experience in eCommerce, preferably within Grocery or a consumer goods environment.
You have experience managing and scaling eCommerce through third party channel platformssuch as Amazon and Quick Commerce.
You are passionate about best practice guidelines related to digital shelf optimization, driving discoverability and conversion.
You have a detailed understanding of commercial business drivers and metrics assessing revenue, profit and COGS to assess return on capital and project feasibility.
You have experience in using analytics for performance-based marketing and associated ROI improvements
You excel in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiples deadlines and high targets because you understand the end goal.
You have a consultative mindset which means you provide exceptional client service to brand partners, internal colleagues and external agency partners.
