What we are looking for
WSET Level 2 or above (or equivalent)
2 years + experience as a Sommelier
Ability to lead and drive a team
Passionate about training and development, not only for yourself but for your team too.
A passion for and knowledge of premium wine offerings
Knowledge of the Australian and international market
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience in this role working in a fine dining establishment
Detailed knowledge of food and beverages
Have full Australian working rights
