Currently we looking for the following roles to be filled.
Sous Chef.
This role would suit an individual who has a passion for cooking local produce.
They would be able to confidently lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence and will be invested in training other kitchen staff.
We can offer a 4 day week, a great working environment and above all a real opportunity to grow in to this exciting role.
Casual Chef.
We are looking for an individual with at least 2 years experience as a qualified chef in a fast paced kitchen.
We can offer a flexible roster and a competitive rate for the correct candidate.
Front of house supervisor/assistant manager.
This role requires experience as a supervisor in a busy restaurant/bar.
You will be passionate about delivering a quality but unpretentious service and will be keen to gain beer and local food knowledge to enhance your service skills.
We can offer a flexible roster and a competitive rate.
You would be working alongside a small but passionate team who love what they do.
All of these roles will require weekend work.
