Because it is a big role it requires experience with leading teams, executing multiple menu’s, managing your team and working with suppliers. This is a job for a solid Sous Chef with similar experiences and will share the chef’s culture and vision to ensure all aspects from costings, ordering, procedures and day to day running operations are achieving consistency.
