Moon Dog Brewing are Victoria’s largest independent brewer, we produce a wide range of fun and delicious beers and seltzers that are available across the country and around the world.
In 2019 we opened our second awesome venue – Moon Dog World! Our kitchen is fully equipped and offers a wide array of pub classics alongside a selection of large and small sharing dishes. The role
Reporting to the Head Chef you will manage the team and day to day operations of the Moon Dog World Kitchen
Your responsibilities include:
- Support the Head Chef to create & execute your menu for lovers of beer food
- Ensuring all chefs maintain food hygiene safety standards
- Show your culinary talent during service
- Administrative tasks including ordering and rostering and managing food costs
- People management, supporting and training of the team
Your many talents will include:
- Minimum Certificate 3 Commercial Cookery
- Proven leadership to drive the kitchen team and work with the floor team to produce amazing food
- Well-developed communication and time management skills
- A working knowledge and understanding of HACCP procedures, including the training of colleagues in procedures
