We are accepting applications for a dynamic, energetic and passionate Sous Chef. You will be responsible to operate within the food and beverage team ensuring guest satisfaction is paramount.
The successful candidate needs to possess the following experience and skills:
- Ideally, you'll have a minimum 5 years in a busy restaurant or hotel kitchen as a CDP
- You'll have excellent customer relations, problem solving and time management skills
- You have a sound knowledge of various kitchen sections
- The ability to multi-task
- You have a solid knowledge of kitchen operational procedures including ordering, stock handling, minimizing wastage, OHS requirements
