As a Loan Processor, you'll be equipped with the necessary tools and systems to efficiently manage loan applications from initial client meetings to settlement. RESPONSIBILITIES
What You Can Expect Day-to-Day
- Manage broker/client interactions and maintain records
- Research suitable mortgage products, scenarios and policies
- Liaising with clients from initial contact through to settlement
- Validate documents and assess loan files for compliance and accuracy
- Prepare and lodge loan applications and manage the application process through to the settlement
- Provide post-settlement construction support (training can be provided)
REQUIREMENTS
What it Takes
This is a remote contract position that requires a commitment to a minimum of 20+ hours per week.
Required:
- A minimum of two years previous Mortgage Broking, Banking or Loan Processing experience required.
- Familiarity with various lender policies and a clear understanding of the needs of both owner-occupied and investment clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to be multi-task
- Customer-centric approach
Preferred:
- Experience with FLEX, BrokerEngine and Quickli
- 3+ years of experience
