About the Team: Led by a seasoned veteran with over 25 years of experience, the Litigation team is renowned for its expertise in handling complex commercial disputes prosecuted in the superior courts. Our client operates a genuine and fast paced Commercial Litigation practice which operates alongside a very well established and successful corporate and commercial law practice. The team provide advice on shareholder disputes, intellectual property protection issues, construction matters and on a wide range of consumer law issues for clients with sophisticated and specialist consumer products.
