Position: Special Education Teacher

Your Role:
As a Special Education Teacher at Al Amanah College, you will:

• Support classroom teachers through a team teaching approach
• Provide learning support for a variety of groups in the areas of Literacy and Numeracy
• Observe students at risk and students with disabilities to identify strategies to assist class teacher to differentiate
• Work with the class teacher to identify best practices for intervention strategies for students at risk/students with disabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Specialisation in Special Education.
• NESA Teacher's Accreditation
• Passion for inspiring young learners and helping them discover their potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and adaptability to keep pace with evolving educational practices.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $129,948
