The Opportunity:
Are you passionate about managing fleets and ensuring operational excellence across multiple mine sites? We're seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee our fleet of Komatsu machines at various mine sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact in the mining industry.
Roster: Monday to Friday
Role Located: Gladstone Branch

What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in fleet management, preferably in the mining industry.
- Technical experience highly desirable, with knowledge of mining machines and mine site operations.
- Strong organisational and planning skills to effectively manage multiple sites and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to travel to various mine sites as required.
- Manage and optimise the fleet of Komatsu machines across multiple mine sites.
- Provide parts and service support to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency.
- Plan and execute regular site visits to assess equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Generate comprehensive reports on fleet performance, maintenance activities, and operational KPIs.
- Utilise technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and provide guidance on equipment maintenance and repair.
