Reporting into the National Sales Manager – Respiratory, you will have full ownership and accountability for managing accounts within your territory; providing a consistent, science led and value-added service for Respiratory clinicians that promotes best treatment outcomes for patients with COPD, Asthma & risk of RSV. The role covers the South of Sydney with regional travel to Wollongong, Wagga Wagga and the ACT.Your role will be varied and will include:
- Accountability for the growth of sales through Specialist prescriptions and recommendations to GPs for appropriate patients
- Demonstration of a multi-channel approach that ensures high levels of coverage and targeted activities
- Science led and value-added engagements with customers that support best outcomes for patients
- Creation and implementation of unique customer focused plans to deliver value and drive incremental sales growth
About you?To be successful in the role, you will have significant experience in hospital specialist or key
Account Manager positions, with an applied understanding of the complexities of working in the hospital environment.You’ll also have:
- A Bachelor's degree (Biomedical, Science, Business, Sales)
- Clear and influential communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both medical and commercial stakeholders
- An aptitude for science, with the ability to relay complex information in a clear and tailored format
- Knowledge of the respiratory therapeutic area would be advantageous, but not essential
- Tenacity, resilience, and leadership attributes
