We are continuing a phase of extensive growth and are looking for an Aged Care Revenue Specialist to be part of this exciting journey.
About You

Skills
- Aged Care Revenue Specialist: Proficient in Aged Care billing, well-versed with regulatory compliance, and a whiz at navigating Aged Care funding models and Medicare intricacies. Oversee monthly Medicare funding reconciliation and ensure funding is aligned with billing streams.
- Problem Solver: Adept at reconciling complex accounts and demystifying billing for residents and their families under the Aged Care regulatory framework.
- Process Innovator: Skilled in crafting process manuals to guide Aged Care Billing specialists through various scenarios. With a focus on understanding and interpreting the Aged Care Act, Fees and Payments Principles and Means Testing impact on Fees and Accommodation payments.
- Agile and Organized: Capable of swiftly adapting to change, prioritizing tasks, efficiently communication with and training team members.
- Hybrid Work Model Enthusiast: Eager to blend office collaboration at our Tuggerah location with the autonomy of working from home (2 days). This model promises both professional development and focused independence.
Experience
- Aged Care experience is essential to this position with Residential Aged Care billing experience setting you apart from the rest.
- Alternatively, experience with billing in other highly regulated industries would be advantageous.
