The Communications and Content Specialist is responsible for building impactful communication strategies for the Donaldson Life Sciences vertical. The role engages with key stakeholders to align content with business objectives, champions brand consistency and seamlessly integrates internal communications into marketing plans.
Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with Donaldson LS goals.
Collaborate with marketing teams and lead the ideation and development of messaging, content creation, aligning communication efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
Work closely with graphic design resources to produce engaging and high-quality content.
Analyze performance indicators and web traffic to determine the effectiveness of created content.
Advise, write, and distribute media releases, interview notes, and other PR materials, and act as the liaison between Donaldson and external PR resources.
Establish and maintain governance over brand consistency to ensure accurate incorporation of the LS brand platform in all external communications.
Incorporate internal communications seamlessly into communication plans supporting marketing campaigns.
Develop a comprehensive internal communications strategy for Donaldson Life Sciences, showcasing the success of activities to the wider team, emphasizing strategic alignment and the diversity of work.
Technical Competence & Skills:
Tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing or Business
Min 5+ years previous experience in a Communications/Content Marketing/Copy Writer or similar role
Experience working for a Multinational B2B organization is preferable
Experience with video script writing, multimedia and digital content creation
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferable
