The Role
We are looking for a marketing operations specialist to join our newly formed Life Sciences marketing team. This person will be responsible for executing a comprehensive, integrated marketing operations plan supporting multiple business units - bio-processing, cell-cultivated meat/food, and food and beverage to meet annual objectives, generate demand, customer engagement, and loyalty.
This role will work with global and local stakeholders on growth initiatives, cutting-edge product launches, digital marketing, events, nurturing and alignment with a global Life Sciences marketing team on regional execution.
This is a full-time role with a hybrid working option of days at the Australasia head office on the Central Coast of NSW and from home.
To be successful in this position you must be able to demonstrate:
- Bachelor’s degree qualification in Communications, Marketing, Business or Science.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role, in a multinational B2B or Life Sciences organisation is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of digital tools and practices such as CRM, paid digital, SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Experience managing and coordinating large scale trade shows and events.
- Marketing automation platform (such as Marketo or Eloqua)
- Adobe Creative Suite
- SharePoint; Microsoft suite
- Ability to work effectively with a global remote team.
- Results driven with excellent attention to detail, well-developed organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
- Self-starter who can work independently and can adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills who can be creative with finding solutions
