This position will be responsible for:• Development of a Community Service and Facility Framework for the Gold Coast region - Used to plan, prioritise, fund and build hard infrastructure for the delivery of community services• Development of an Integrated Community Service and Facility Operational Planning Framework - Used to plan integrated service delivery, operational structures, systems and processesFor more information about this role including the responsibilities, please view the attached position brief. To access this document, click the paperclip icon in the top right corner of this screen.Conditions of employment are offered under an Alternative Employment Agreement pursuant to clause 6.10 of the City of Gold Coast Certified Agreement 2019.What you bring to your new role• Exceptional Leadership and change management skills. • A relevant tertiary degree with a post-graduate qualification in Project Management.• Demonstrable experience and capability in delivering significant programs of work in a government or large complex and multi-faceted organisation. • Exceptional verbal and written communication with the ability to convey technical information in simple terms to a variety of stakeholders, to effectively influence and align communication.• Ability to build and maintain strategic stakeholder partnerships to influence positive project outcomes.• Experience working with competing priorities, with the ability to organise and prioritise work, to deliver expected outcomes in a timely manner.• Ability to think strategically to problem-solve complex social, economic and environmental concerns.• Proven experience in managing community service and facility planning.• Current Drivers Licence.
