Create impact as aProperty Assessing Specialist.

 
 
Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
 
As one of our Property assessors, you'll be responsible for assessing and adjusting claims for property loss or damage. This primarily involves utilising our building network to visit sites/properties to quantify loss, for you to initiate repairs and replacement and work with customers on negotiating settlements for referred claims whilst providing an exceptional level of customer care.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity, and while the preference is for you to be based in the lower North Island region, you can be based anywhere in New Zealand.

To be successful in this role you’ll need to have experience in the following areas:
 
•    Proficiency in accurately assessing replacement, repair, or reinstatement costs and adept negotiation of indemnity settlements.
•    Technical expertise pertinent to property assessment
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 
•    Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional customer service and effectively addressing customer needs.
•    Strong ability to cultivate productive relationships with everyone.
•    Driven by success and dedicated to achieving goals.
•    Goal oriented and committed to personal & professional growth.
•    Capable of handling highly sensitive information with utmost confidentiality
•    Proactive and exhibits meticulous attention to detail.
•    Goal-oriented with a continuous pursuit of process enhancement
•    A trade or similar background while not essential would be beneficial
