The successful applicant will assist the estimator team with scheduling and reviewing Specialist Reports. This position will suit a candidate who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. Full time position based at our Head Office in Kunda Park.
About the role:
- Schedule trades to attend site and complete a specialist report for residential insurance claims
- Review reports to ensure accuracy
- Team Collaboration - Work closely with experienced professionals to learn the intricacies of processing various reports related to insurance claims and repairs
- Data Management - Assist in organizing and maintaining data related to Specialist Reports with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Deal with a range of stakeholders, including insurance companies and tradest
- Conduct quality checks on reports to ensure they meet industry standards and company requirements
- Invoice verification
- Complete a range of administration tasks and have the ability to prioritise tasks
- Assist our estimating team with adhoc tasks
- Previous experience in construction or insurance industry is desirable but not required - all training will be provided
- High level of computer skills across systems and Microsoft Office programmes
- Ability to learn new technology
- Customer Service skills
- Time management, multi tasking skills and attention to detail
- Maintain a high standard in verbal and written communication skills
