Specialist Reports Officer

Are you a motivated individual eager to kickstart a rewarding career in the insurance building industry? Ambrose Construct Group is seeking enthusiastic team members to join our Specialist Report Team. No prior industry experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training!
The successful applicant will assist the estimator team with scheduling and reviewing Specialist Reports. This position will suit a candidate who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. Full time position based at our Head Office in Kunda Park.
About the role:

• Schedule trades to attend site and complete a specialist report for residential insurance claims
• Review reports to ensure accuracy
• Team Collaboration - Work closely with experienced professionals to learn the intricacies of processing various reports related to insurance claims and repairs
• Data Management - Assist in organizing and maintaining data related to Specialist Reports with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Deal with a range of stakeholders, including insurance companies and tradest
• Conduct quality checks on reports to ensure they meet industry standards and company requirements
• Invoice verification
• Complete a range of administration tasks and have the ability to prioritise tasks
• Assist our estimating team with adhoc tasks

About you:

• Previous experience in construction or insurance industry is desirable but not required - all training will be provided
• High level of computer skills across systems and Microsoft Office programmes
• Ability to learn new technology
• Customer Service skills
• Time management, multi tasking skills and attention to detail
• Maintain a high standard in verbal and written communication skills
• A proactive nature and be keen to work as a member of a highly successful, KPI driven team
