The Specialist, Workforce Management is responsible for creating the User Acceptance Test (UAT) documentation and preforming tests to ensure the new system meets the frontline scheduling, time records & payroll requirements. This role also needs to create end-user and time-approver training materials and support system Cutover.

Support system cutover and project related matters
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, IT, Finance or Business Administration
3-5 years of related work experience in Workforce Management process and systems.
Knowledge in Workforce Management Systems, Reporting Tools, Database and Data Warehouse is preferred
Knowledge in Employment Ordinance and HR policy
Good and consistent attention to detail, self-starter and team player
Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Fluent in English and Chinese
