Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 base salary + a lucrative commission structure
Working structure: Monday - Friday only with flexibility to work from home
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Develop and maintain business relationships
- Source and build new networks
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and real estate professionals.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the property management industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase our services and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to track progress towards BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT goals.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery.
ABOUT YOU:
Seeking experienced Business Development Manager who has a proven track record in Property Management Business Development OR an enthusiastic residential sales agent looking to transition into Business Development Management.
- Ability to work successfully in a team and independently.
- Current Driver's licence.
- Reliable car.
- Agents rep certificate.
- Experience is preferred, but not essential.
